Nordsieck will introduce retirement plan companies to innovative solutions in the field of pension and retirement plan administration, helping them save time, reduce risk and improve profitability.

Nordsieck’s background includes 25 years in the consumer products industry with industry-leading manufacturing and marketing companies like Procter & Gamble, Thomas J. Lipton and Unilever. During that time, he served as Director of Business Development for Unilever’s National Channels business unit, directing the firm’s trade investment strategy and customer-specific marketing funds, delivering profitable growth in partnership with Wal-Mart, Costco, Dollar General and other leading retailers.
In 2003, Dan founded North Sea Associates, a business advisory company that worked with clients to maximize their growth strategies and brand awareness. Clients included organic farming, software development, specialty chemical products, and private label general merchandise firms.
