PenChecks, Inc. is a privately held company and currently has a Board of Directors comprised of eight members who are all current or former entrepreneur owners of Third Party Administration, Actuarial and/or Investment Advisory Firms. Each PenChecks Board member has at least 25 years of experience in the retirement industry. It is the Board’s real-business operation, in-depth understanding of the field and collective insight that gives PenChecks a unique advantage and significant competitive edge in developing services and solutions for the pension distribution industry.

PenChecks, Inc. is a nationwide company and processes distributions in all 50 states. However, despite being the largest independent processor of distributions in the nation PenChecks still maintains a painstakingly high level of customer service and personal client interaction. PenChecks is proud of customer approval rating and strives to maintain a better than 99% satisfaction rate.

PenChecks is headquartered in La Mesa, California, a suburb of San Diego. The day-to-day operation of PenChecks are under the direct supervision of President & CEO, Peter E. Preovolos. Mr. Preovolos holds professional designations as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA). He is also one of approximately only 300 people in the country to be credentialed as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analysts (AIFA).
