Irvine, CA Since 1984 Co-Founder and Principal Industry Experience Mr. Norman has 23 years of industry experience and has been a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA) for 20 years. He is a Partner and Sysop of The Pension Information Exchange (PIX) and a former board member of the Orange County Chapter of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). He has represented NIPA at the IRS/ASPA LA Benefits Conference Committe for four years. Education Mr. Norman received a Qalified Pension Administrator Designation - ASPA in 1991. He received a B.A. in Ecomonics from UC Irvine in 1980 and an MBA in Education from Cal State Fullerton in 1986.
